2018 Class Schedule

Fat Blaster:

This class will blast fat cells and burn calories, using multiple disciplines including circuit, intervals, kickboxing, and step! (Kim)

Pure Strength:

Join us in a full body workout using balls, bands, free weights, and bars. You will strengthen and tone your entire body! High/Lo impact. (Lynnette)

Kids Aerobics:

Come & jump, run, and play! Kids will have a great time & a great workout. High energy, light weights, simple cardio & tailored to your kids!

Step UP :

A basic yet invigorating workout. Step platforms, simple choreography, hi/lo impact with great toning exercises. Great for everyone! (Lynnette)

SHRED:

Synergistic, Highintensity, Resistance, Endurance and Dynamics! You will accelerate your results in this class. This class was designed by Jillian Michaels.(Jennifer

Yoga, Fitness, & Power

Classes that will stretch your mind, body, and spirit. Several modifications are taught to make your experience as relaxed or challenging as you like, Fitness add weights, Power adds all levels of challenges. Stephanie

Water Aerobics:

Come dive into a fun high energy aerobic and strength class all done in the water. This work out is very easy on your joints and you don’t need to know how to swim! Begins in June ends in September, weather permitting. (Lynnette and Sherri)

Zumba:

A fitness based dance class that incorporates Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic workout system that will work the body from head to toe! It’s fun, effective and different from anything you’ve done before! It’s a party you don’t want to miss! (Heather, Elizabeth, and Erin)

Silver Sneaker:

We have Silver Sneaker Classic, Cardio, Circuit, and Yoga. Muscle strength and range of motion will help to improve agility, balance, coordination and activities for daily living, using a chair, ball, free weights, and bands.(Lynnette, Rachel, Stephanie W. and Stephanie S.)

House Party:

Fitness and HITT, enjoy hip hop beats with moves that target the areas of your body that you want toned, and the cardio will melt the fat away.(Rachel, Brook, and Erin
