Nursery Schedule 

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm for lunch
Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Sunday Nursery Closed

Total Fitness Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday open 5:00 a.m. for 24 hours.  Friday closed at 8:00 p.m. 
Saturday 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
